I'm a busy mom of 2, who gained up to 80 pounds after my first pregnancy. I was so busy and focused on mom life that you couldn’t pay me to see wasn't making myself a priority!
I didn’t realize how much I was losing myself by not making time or even paying attention to what a healthy lifestyle could look like for me. I was eating out regularly, not making time for workouts and really just putting myself on the back burner.
But that all changes once I put my foot down, embraced my why, and got consistent with the little things.
After my own journey of losing weight without any extremes and getting to the point where I was happy and confident in my skin, I became extremely passionate about helping other mamas feel good in their bodies again.
